					<description>What fucked me up was the fact Scots pronounce the letter 'J' as 'Jai' rather than 'Jay'. Working in a call centre, talking to Glaswegians, getting them to spell their road name and then desperately looking for the 'Jai' key on the keyboard used to ruin my day. I thought it would be like a J with an umlaut above it.</description>
